Our son Isaac McCarten Doane has finally arrived!! We are so thrilled about him.
We went into the hospital to start inducing labor on tuesday night. And after a lot of hard work and emotions, Isaac was born on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 12:56am. He was 8 pounds 7 oz at birth and was 19.75 inches long. He is a big guy, much bigger than we or the doctor's predicted. We were released from the hospital last night, and are really happy to be home. I'll write more later, but for now, here are some shots from his first 3 days.
